Items are dispatched Monday - Friday. All items paid for before 3pm will be sent the same working day. Any orders placed after 3pm Friday will be despatched the following Monday
Standard = 3-5 working days (£2.99 Per Order)
Express = Next working day (£5.99 Per Order)
Store Collection = 1-2 Working Days (FREE). See our stores
FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £50.
All orders must be placed, completed and paid for in full before 3pm for all Express delivery service orders.
EU / Non-EU = 5-7 working days Approximately (£9.99 Per Order)
Rest of World = 7-21 working days Approximately (£12.99 Per Order)
We ship internationally to Most International Countries all over the World. If you are unsure if we deliver to you country please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Who delivers the parcels?
Standard Deliveries in the UK are made by Royal Mail.
Express Deliveries in the UK are made by Interlink Express
Items sent outside the UK will be passed on to your local Postal Service for delivery.
Do I need to sign for the item(s)?
All items are sent either tracked or require a signature on delivery dependign on the size/weight of the item and will be sent with a full trackable delivery service. If there is no-one available to sign for the item(s) a Card will be left explaining what procedure to take next.
Can I Track My Item(s)
International Customers can track their order Here This may only give Information until leaving the UK and some Countries require an updated tracking number for their country once it arrives. If you do require this please Contact Us and we will be happy to help.
All items require a signature on delivery and will be sent with a full trackable delivery service on your corresponding Countries postal site (dependant on Country policy).
Do I pay Customs Charges?
Please note when sending goods we cannot be held responsible for any customs or import duties charged when the goods arrive in your country. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and can't let you know how much they'll be. Policies vary from country to country so it would be a good idea to check your local customs for more info.
Can I return my item(s)?
We are happy to accept and refund any Unused items/Goods deemed faulty on inspection from ourselves within 30 days of receipt with all original tags and packaging intact .
You can now send the items back fast and easy with our simple 3 step returns process.
Package the parcel ready for return including original delivery note with completed return reason on the Delivery Note.
Attach the pre printed return address label provided on the Delivery Note to the return parcel.
Take to your local Post Office and get a proof of posting receipt to cover you in the unfortunate event of any loss in the return process. We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss if you cannot provide proof of postage.
All the information required is on the reverse of the Delivery Note that will be sent with your order. In the event of a lost delivery note please ensure you put a note inside the return stating the Order Number and reason for return as we will be unable to process the return without this information.
Please ensure all items are packaged back in their original packaging/boxes in a re-saleable condition (where applicable) and put inside a suitable mailing bag for return. Please ensure return labels are not attached to original packaging. If items are not in a re-sellable condition on return then we reserve the right to either re-send the goods back to the customer or issue a partial refund as not in a re-sellable condition, this does not apply to faulty returns.
Please Note: Do not put directly into a post box, as the item will not be returned.
Can I get a Return Label?
There Should be a return label with instructions inside the package. In the Event of no return label please Click Here to Download and Print a return label.
Do I pay to return item(s)?
There will be a small fee of £2 from the refund to cover the postage costs. In the event of a faulty item return this fee will be wavered.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange on return items. If you need a different size/style please re-buy the size/needed online and return the unwanted item for a refund using the information on the delivery note or above to send the item back to ourselves.
Is this service available outside the UK?
Please note that this returns process is only available to UK clients and this return service is not applicable outside the UK. Any International returns please contact us and we can provide specified returns information for your specific country of residence.
How / When will I receive a refund?
UK Returns can take up to 10 working days to arrive and be processed by our returns team. Once the return has been processed via original payment method this can usually take 24-48 Hours for the payment to arrive back..
Can we return?
You can return goods via your own shipping method if you have the facility to return.
